Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep our LinkedIn page active and engaging by creating, curating, and posting relevant content.
  • Engage with followers and grow our professional network.
  • Monitor LinkedIn metrics to optimize posts and campaigns.
• Business Development:
  • Identify and propose new business opportunities in line with Pivots Global's mission.
  • Research and connect with potential clients and partners through LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic growth plans.
• Content Creation:
  • Develop content ideas aligned with our services and market trends.
  • Write engaging posts, articles, and case studies to attract and retain clients.
• Networking & Outreach:
  • Expand our professional network by initiating meaningful conversations and connections.
  • Represent Pivots Global in online and virtual events when necessary.
• Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights to improve our positioning and value proposition.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, business development, or social media management (preferably B2B).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn tools, analytics, and best practices.
• A proactive and creative mindset with a focus on results.
• Experience in the tech or outsourcing industry is a plus.
